The Electromagnetic Spectrum is the collective of everything electromagnetic in the form of radio waves.  Within the Electromagnetic Spectrum there are many smaller Spectrums such as the following:

• Sound Spectrum (sounds heard by the ear)
• Radio Frequency Spectrum
• Microwave Spectrum
• Infrared Light Spectrum
• Visible Light Spectrum
• Ultraviolet Light Spectrum
• X-Ray Spectrum
• Gamma Ray Spectrum

For the purposes of this website we will be focusing on the Radio Frequency Spectrum.  Below is an illustration of the Electromagnetic Spectrum.
